Your therapeutic relationship and conversations with me will be kept confidential unless I have your written permission to disclose information to a third party. ​

Exceptions include: 

• Suspected abuse of a minor child or dependent adult or elder. 

• Threats of serious bodily harm to another person(s)

• Intention to create serious harm to yourself. 

I will make every effort to enlist your cooperation in ensuring your own safety and the safety of others. However, where serious bodily harm is a likely outcome, I will have to take the measures required by law, even without your cooperation or permission.
