Counseling
Individual Counseling deepens self-awareness, heals old wounds, and builds new skills that can help you to make healthy personal changes.

Couples Counseling is available to people in committed relationships who want to work together to solve problems, improve communication, and/or enhance intimacy. Every stage of relationship deserves attention and assistance-- from premarital counseling, to conflict resolution, to sex therapy, to facing infidelities, to conscious uncoupling.

Group Counseling offers individuals a chance to understand their feelings, clarify values, and change problem behaviors with the support of peers with similar concerns. Groups may be focused on specific topics such as coping with grief; overcoming trauma; improving creativity or body image; personal empowerment; social anxiety management.
